The hot tub was out of order!!! The cleanliness of the pool area leaves a lot to be desired!!! It's frustrating that the ice machines are only on the first floor while I was on the top floor!!!

Both a hit and a miss
The friendly staff made my experience enjoyable, especially the breakfast area attendant who was exceptionally nice. My room had everything needed and was very clean.
The front desk service was rather dismissive, which dampened my overall impression. I experienced slight noise disruptions from the adjacent rooms.

I was super impressed by how nice everyone was! The check-in guy was super friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast had some delicious free options too. Just wish the ice machine was easier to find. it was on the bottom floor and a bit of a trek!
